Our values of "Awareness to Action", "Innovate", and "Collaboration" inspired us to create methods or opportunities for the development partners (Organizations and Think Tanks), professionals, and volunteers to build their capacity to become effective development managers and leaders.

Capacity-building is crucial for achieving sustainable development, as it empowers Individuals and organizations to develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude to implement effective sustainable development strategies.

The Mandate

We are committed to achieving the Universal Development Goals, READ Foundation working towards the capacity development of development professionals, Organizations and Think Tanks. (One out of six domains identified by the UN agency, including results-focused programming; risk-informed programming; development, humanitarian, and peacebuilding linkages; coherent policy support and partnerships).
