Our values of “Awareness to Action”, “Innovate”, and “Collaboration” inspired us to create methods or opportunities for the development partners (Organizations and Think Tanks), professionals, and volunteers to build their capacity to become effective development managers and leaders.

We are committed to achieving the Universal Development Goals, READ Foundation working towards the capacity development of development professionals, Organizations and Think Tanks. (One out of six domains identified by the UN agency, including results-focused programming; risk-informed programming; development, humanitarian, and peacebuilding linkages; coherent policy support and partnerships).

Individual Level

Training, experiences, and motivation enhance individual skills, knowledge, and performance.

Organization Level

Enhancing organizational performance through strategies, plans, partnerships, leadership, and strengthening organizational systems, processes, and roles and responsibilities.

Enhancing policy framework to address economic, political, environmental, and social factors, including economic growth, policy, and legislative environment.
