About The Training Program

The training program presents the principles of project and program design and management (PPDM). PPDM is a critical element of development projects as it provides the information needed to make decisions for project management, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the interventions and satisfy accountability requirements.

The course provides an opportunity to the participants to understand the most common processes, tools, techniques, and theories that are necessary to monitor and evaluate a project. Through the course, the participants are introduced to a variety project management technique that can be applied in a development project context. The training program has duration of two weeks. Successful completion of the course requirements will lead to the award of a Certificate of completion.

Participant should have knowledge of basic development issues

Participant should have experience of working in development project (Fresher may also join the program)

Willingness to complete the assignment given during the training program

The training is designed for 2 days, tailored to the needs of the participants and their organization.  

Organization Logistic Mode – We also offer tailored training to organization staff/ members at special fees. The organization will need to arrange logistics and travel for the resource person. In this case, we only ask for resource person fees. 

  • The course fee is INR 4,000, inclusive of certificate, reference materials, tea, and lunch. 
  • The course fee excludes travel and accommodation.
  • Special Discount 
    Organization Discount (5 or more participants from same organization) – 10%
    Student (10%) -Valid proof required
  • Organization Logistic Mode – The organization interested in staff/ members ‘ on their own logistics may ask for the resource person’s fees. 

Accommodation is available on request as single and dual sharing base. We are providing the accommodation near or with in training venue.



Participants who have successfully completed the training will receive a completion certificate. The certificate demonstrates that participant has learnt the fundamental concepts of Project Design and Management. It is a valuable credential for your professional growth.

Participant(s) will have an opportunity to develop a small project/ program under the mentorship and guidance of training resource persons during the training that will be helpful for them to contextualize their learnings.
